Wedding Package Extras
Full Bar
If the Event Hosts are serving a full bar, Ant Street Inn requires an additional $500 security personnel charge, which is non-refundable. Additionally, a licensed bartender must be serving. All TABC rules and regulations must be observed.
Beer and Wine Only
If no hard liquor, but beer and wine is served, no additional fee is required, and a licensed bartender is not required. Ant Street Inn reserves the right to have additional security personnel on site, but there is no additional cost to the Event Host. All TABC rules and regulations must be observed.
Tents and other Rental Add-ons
Tents are not allowed on property.
List of ceremony and reception decorations, including ballroom window lights and arbor backdrop, are available for viewing on our Pinterest page, and pricing is available upon request.
Additional Time
Additional hours in ballroom or garden on day of event - $250 per hour or any fraction thereof, but the reception must end no later than midnight regardless of when it started.
Events with Extended Time
- Full Bar – If your event includes a full bar, and you wish to extend the time of your event, an additional security charge of $150.00 per hour for each hour after four (4) hours shall be assessed, in addition to the Additional Time charges.
- Beer and Wine Only – If your event includes beer and wine only, and you wish to extend the time of your event, Ant Street Inn requires security personnel onsite for the entire length of your event. Therefore, an additional $500 security personnel charge is required, plus $150 per hour after four (4) hours, in addition to the Additional Time charges.
Ballroom Availability Prior to Event for Set Up - If it is available at the time your event is booked, the Ballroom can be rented for $600 per day with no ac/heat. Access will be granted from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM each additional day.
AC/Heat per Day(s) Prior to Event - $200 for the day, from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM for any days prior to the event.
Additional Ballroom Event
$250 per hour of event if you have secured all the rooms at Ant Street Inn or your event ends by 8:00 PM. In addition, there is a $100 clean up fee to help get the room ready for the next day.
